| "Food Facts" is a voluntary organisation that is trying to raise awareness of the concept of fair trading. Our aim is to encourage all consumers to purchase fair trade foods eg vegetables, cereals, meat, coffe, honey, cocoa, dried and fresh fruits, nuts, sugar, tea etc.
We would like to tell you about the concept of fair trading, the range of fair trade foods available, how these can be identified by shoppers, where they are available from and the benefits to the fair trade farmers.
